Did you know I never went to Culinary school? I sharpened his skills (and knives!) globally, working anywhere my guests were hungry. From a rock in Northern Scotland to to a river in Southern Costa Rica, and everywhere in between, I always deliver. It takes a very special logistical skillset to serve in such unique places, and I have always thrived in unique spaces, places, and venues. Where will your next dinner be?
