Complacency, what a word! First we start getting comfortable in our routines, maybe at work, school, our home-life, and especially our health. It is so easily to go through the motions just to get through the day.
This is dangerous for our body, mind, and soul. Remember complacency kills. Sometime we get desensitized to things that we know we must change. There are two things that are for certain:

My Valentine to ME was to change my fitness routine along with a total reboot of my nutrition. I am going to take these steps and turn them into strides.
Wendi and I are doing some good things, but this week I started really working out between our sessions. I am killing complacency instead of it killing me! My schedule now includes 3 trips a week to MVP to feel like a gym rat again!

Not only am I eliminating proven inflammatory foods, but I am now making sure that I move for at least 20 minutes after I eat. A workout, a walk, a swim will all help to keep my weight loss at a peek. God help me! Stay tuned for some bad ass recipes that are helping me with these changes.baby
